Founded in 1841, Fordham University is a private research university in New York City. It is the oldest Catholic and Jesuit university in the Northeastern United States and the third oldest in the state of New York.

⦁ Eligible Countries: International students from all over the world. (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Djibouti, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen)
⦁ Available majors: The scholarship will be awarded in any major offered by the university.
⦁ Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have excellent high school academic achievement, test scores and personal characteristics.
⦁ Sponsorship will be granted to enter traditional first-year students who generally rank in the top 1 to 2 percent of their high school classes.

How to Apply for Fordham University Scholarships:

⦁ How to apply: To receive the award, students must enroll in a bachelor's degree program at the university, after which you can complete the financial aid application.
⦁ Supporting documents: You must attach your CV / resume, personal statement and letters of recommendation.
⦁ Admission requirements: All applicants must have a high school diploma from an accredited college or university and have a grade point average (GPA) of minimum 3.0.
⦁ Language requirements: Students whose mother tongue is not English are required to demonstrate proficiency in oral and written English.


The scholarship covers the full tuition costs each year of undergraduate courses taught at Fordham for the 2020-2021 academic year
Also, the cost of rooming will be covered if the student is to live on campus.
